Rebuild side deck and railing

$4,833.16 includes removal and replacement of side deck on house with new concrete footing, framing and trex decking, timber frame with wire mesh railing stained. This includes materials and labor.

Install tile landings in doorways (interior)

$2,977.26 includes cutting and removing hardwod, installation of tile at 2 doors inside house. This includes labor only.

New railing front deck

$6,933.05 New railing using existing 12 x 12 timbers, wire mesh with timber frame including staining. This includes materials and labor.

Buff and coat floor

$2,060.41 includes furniture moving, screen with buffer, deep clean, recoat with polyurethane coating. This includes materials and labor.

Total job: $16,803.88

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
