Rail cap replacement

$3604.80 includes removal and disposal of 18 sections of existing rail cap on railing, installation and staining of new 4 x 6 rough sawn timber. This includes materials and labor.

Edge sanding (including entry and upper deck)

$1800.00 includes sanding edge of (main front, front entry, upper) deck under railing and corners and edges. This includes materials and labor

Railing staining

$2,928.00 includes custom match in cabot semi solid, wire brush to remove flaking or peeling paint, staining in semi solid stain railing, posts, deck facing and vertical columns. This includes materials and labor.

Total job $8,332.80 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral
