Back deck 230 square feet  2 x 6 decking to be sanded and stained

$3.25 per square foot = $802.00 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above, tightening loose boards, mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain of in your tint of choice, brushed on. This includes all materials and labor.

35.5 feet glue lam railing

$13.00 per linear foot = $461.50 includes pressure wash to clean, restaining in translucent penetrating stain to match tint brushed on.

Total job $1,263.00

Additional Cedar board replacement at $8.00 per linear foot.

Maintenance on deck  @ $1.25 per square foot after 12 then every 24-36 months = $287.50
