Installation of boardwalk, entry walkways and decks per architectural drawings.

4 x 8 redwood decking spaced 1/2" 
Pressure treated joists and beam
6 x 6 pressure treated posts with simpson post cap
Sloped walkways to stay under 30" from grade

Fill

$250.00 per hour plus materials cost includes skid steer and addition of fill to conform to maximum 30" deck height.  More precise estimate available upon request we can model the slope to determine actual fill time and materials

Total job $541,887.44  + fill cost. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. when excavating footings.
