Boardwalk approximately 60 feet x 5 feet

$18,921.00 this price includes installation of 10" sonotube, footings, 4 x 6 pressure treated,  Kebony Radiata rough sawn decking per plans. Steel bracket as needed. Staining/finishing per plans. Coordinate with general contractor on radiant heat routing. This includes materials and labor. Joist and beam size subject to change based on final engineering which could increase quote. 

Total job $18,921.00 This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings.
