Remodel Fence using existing posts (Replace Panels) 

$8,233.49 includes doug fir 2 x 4 stained and attached to existing fence posts. Horizontal  cedar pickets stained 8 foot extension of fence along west wall. Vertical metal bands flat bar attached at 4- 6' intervals.  New cedar interspersed and weathered with old pickets. This includes materials and labor. 

*Engineering and permitting estimated $500.00 + $200.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

Total job: $8233.49  This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and once contract is signed and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 20% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed. 

*Unless previously specified, our scope of work does not include any issues we run into under the ground line, that are unknown, such as sprinkler systems, plumbing and electrical issues and are not reflected in your total bid.
