Decking Replacement

382.75 square feet @ $13.50 per square foot is $5,167.13. This includes removal and disposal of existing decking, minor sub-structural work, installation of composite decking in your choice of color using hidden fasteners and bull nose with top fastener in matching color on outer deck board and stair treads. 

Railing

18 feet of railing to match @ $75.00 per foot is $1350.00 includes installation of redwood railing to match existing construction and staining.  This includes materials and labor.

Fencing 

51 linear feet of fencing @ $45.00 per foot is $2,299.00 includes installation of fencing materials and labor. 

Privacy Screen 

38 linear feet of privacy screening @ $25.00 per foot is $950.00 includes installation of frame and screen. This includes materials and labor.

Pergola

$1500.00- $2,500.00  Construction of  10'x10' pergola. This includes labor and materials.
