$5,324.40 Railing modification (side decks top and bottom) includes replacement of 12" hand peeled newel posts and top railing, installation of cable railing using turnbuckle tensioners and stainless cable. Staining new lumber to match existing. This includes materials and labor. 

Entry Railing

$2,377.60 Entry railing remodel to match side decks using stainless cable and new top railing and newel posts.  This includes materials and labor. 

Repair front treads

$771.75 replace 3 half log treads on front entry this includes materials and labor. 

REstaining logs and beams

$2,928.80 includes paint all logs and beams to match existing using semisolid stain to match existing. This includes materials and labor. 

Window trim

$732.20 includes paint window trim to match existing color in solid stain. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job $12,134.75 This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
