New composite decking on decks

$12,734.40 This includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new composite trex enhance or similar grade decking using hidden fasteners and solid with top screws on outer edge. This includes materials and labor. 

Railing

$21,348.38 includes removal and disposal of existing railing, custom woven wire railing with 2" steel square flat bar  frame on either side of 3.75" woven wire welded to top cap and posts, all steel left to rust, 4" x 1/4" steel top cap  6 x 6 x 1/4" steel posts extending 2" above cap with flat top (no finnial) with custom brackets welded on to attach to deck.  This includes materials and labor. 

Stairs: 

$4,029.00  includes removal of existing stairs, installation of new stairs and glue lam stringers using metal stair treads. This includes materials and labor. 

Solid stain 

$935.00 includes solid staining joists and prior to installation of deck. This includes labor and materials. 

Permit estimated $150.00 based on actual  cost. 

Total job $39,046.78 + actual permitting cost. This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion.
