Railing Stain Maintenance

$2200.00 includes scuff sanding log railing to prepare surface for stain application, masking all surfaces, application of stain via spray and backbrushing to work stain into wood grain and all corners. 

Total job:  $2200.00

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral
