Pool deck replacement

$25,219.28 includes removal and disposal of existing deck, installation of new deck using Trex enhance decking or similar. Framing installed on one level with decking running perpendicular to pool. Lower deck elevation including cutting and re-welding vertical steel posts. Rebuilding of bench area along rock wall, rebuilding of raised area south of pool to rock. This assumes solid bearing points for entire deck (no concrete footings needed). This includes materials and labor.

Installation process:

Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.

Least expensive: Trex Select
Mid range: Trex Enhance, Timbertech evolutions terrain
High end: Trex Transcend

Total job:  $25,219.28 + actual engineering and permit cost if applicable. 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
