Restoration Front Deck
$1,338.96 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, countersinking screws, tightening boards, acid wash, pressure wash, stain with translucent in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor. Redwood board replacement additional $8.00 per linear foot (not included).
Repair footing
$2,000.00 includes brace deck, remove concrete footing install new engineered footing. This includes materials and labor.
Railing
$5,984.55 includes removal and disposal of existing railing, installation of new railing with 6 x 6 rough timber posts and hardwood frame and top cap routed for sheet metal panels picture framed with hardwood. Sheet metal rust finish and clear coat wood stained in translucent stain in your choices of tint. This includes materials and labor.
New stairs
$8,966.75 includes removal and disposal of existing stairs and stair railing. Installation of new landing using existing footings and redwood, installation of GLB stair treads and stringers. Staircase railing includes 6 x 6 rough sawn timber posts with mix of steel panels and heavy guage woven wire with rust finish or stainless cable to allow more light. This includes materials and labor.
Back deck restoration
$1,864.98 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, countersinking screws, tightening boards, acid wash, pressure wash, stain with translucent in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor. Redwood board replacement additional $8.00 per linear foot (not included).

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.
Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price.
