New Railing : 

$7,252.00 This includes installation of 5 sections of new posts and railings. 4" x 10" Horizontal beams and 12" x 12" vertical posts with concrete mount to match the existing front porch railing.  This includes materials and labor. 

Modifications to existing railing :

$600.00 This includes installation of new cable in between the existing posts to meet code.  This includes materials and labor. 

* Total job $7,852.00 + actual engineering and permitting cost. This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.
