2. Powder coated steel (similar to neighbor behind house) $75.00 per foot = $3150.00 includes removal and disposal of existing rail,  installation of 6 x 6 rough sawn or hand hewn posts stained and notched over deck frame bolted on with counter sink. installation of new powder coated steel railing panels. This includes materials and labor. 

3. Woven wire with rough timber frame $85.00 per foot = $3570.00 includes removal and disposal of existing railing,  installation of 8 x 8 rough sawn or hand hewn posts stained and notched over deck frame bolted on with counter sink, installation of rough sawn 2 x 6 or 2 x 4 frame, installation of woven wire mesh in your choice of gauge and spacing. This includes materials and labor. 

Raked railing sloped: 

33 feet @ $65.00 for redwood $2145.00
                   $85.00 for powder coated steel $2805,00
                   $95.00 for woven wire $3135.00 

Pergola: 

33 feet @ $45.00 for redwood $1485.00 
                   $65.00 for powder coated steel $2145.00 
                   $75.00 for woven wire $2475.00

This includes all materials and labor. 

We require 50% deposit prior to starting. 

Estimated permit fee $100.00 + 1.5% of cost 

We require full materials payment to schedule work or within 2 weeks of starting job.  We also require 50% of labor when starting job.
