Deck installation

$8,455.33 Installation of new deck with 4 piers and footings 30" below grade with engineered rebar configuration, 12" GLB beam, cantilever 2 x 8 pressure treated joists, redwood facing flush with top edge of decking, 20 foot redwood decking prestained before installation on bottom and sides, 60 grit buff with acid wash and translucent stain in your choice of tint. Railing to match existing construction and stain using semisolid custom stain match. This includes materials and labor.

Existing Deck Restoration

$595.00 Includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, countersinking screws, tightening boards, acid wash, pressure wash, stain with translucent in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor. Redwood board replacement additional $8.00 per linear foot (not included).

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. 

Engineering estimated $500.00 based on actual engineering cost as needed.

Total job $9,050.33 plus actual engineering and permitting cost. This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
