$965.65 includes buff sand, scrape peeling paint, pressure wash, restain with solid stain to match existing arbor coat solid stain. This includes materials and labor.
Replace log
$821.50 includes removal, disposal and replacement of rotted concrete mounted log railing post at the bottom of the stairs. This includes materials and labor.
Modify 2 log columns
$1,566.74 includes bracing and cutting bottom 2 feet of 2 rotted support columns on main deck. 15" logs. Cap concrete footing dowel with rebar and cap with round column 18"-24" or customer preference. Cut minimum to remove rotted section of log support. Cut each column to equal height. This includes materials and labor.
5 15" post caps
$911.59 includes facbrication, powder coat and installation of 5 steel post caps with 3" vertical band. This includes materials and labor.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.
Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price.
