Restoration

$2,754.00 includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new decking using composite decking with hidden fasteners and square edge perimeter in contrasting color using AZek Vintage decking. This includes materials and labor. This includes replacement of 2 joists. This includes materials and labor.

New railing

$8,276.54 includes removal of existing cable railing and horizontal logs, installation of new top log, new stainless cable with turnbuckle tensioners and eyebolts. This includes materials and labor.

Total job: $11,030.54 + actual engineering and permit cost if applicable. 

Future Maintenance on deck

$765.00 includes pressure wash to clean, furniture moving one way, acid wash, staining and wiping. This includes labor and materials. Recommended after 12, then every 18-36 months depending on deck's exposure.This is an optional service not included in the original contract.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
