$13,905.50 includes installation of new deck including engineered reinforced concrete footings, treated beam and joists, galvanized hardware, installation of composite decking using Trex Select or Enhance. This includes materials and labor.

$8,787.24 includes design and installation of steel and timber frame pergola, retractable awning with stainless hardware. This is a rough price depending on design.

Installation process:

Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.

Least expensive: Trex Select
Mid range: Trex Enhance, Timbertech evolutions terrain
High end: Trex Transcend

Total job:  $22,692.74+ actual engineering and permit cost if applicable. 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral
