$22,100.00 This includes new approximately 500 square foot deck with hexagonal perimeter using pressure treated lumber galvanized  hardware includes concrete footings and beams, mid range composite Trex enhance or similar grade decking using hidden fasteners and solid with top screws on outer edge. This includes materials and labor.

Pergola Bench Area:

$7,047.60 includes one three sided bench which is 32 lin. ft of bench and approximately 150 square foot area. The pergola will be includes 10" vertical timber post with 2x8 beams and 2x10 rough sawn douglas fir diagonal pieces .  This includes materials and labor. 

Outdoor Fire pit:

$9,000.00  includes stone faced fire pit with top ledge, built on concrete slab below deck surface includes gas line, stainless burner and rock fill, switch.  This includes materials and labor.

Heating:

$3780.00 includes installation of infrared heating approximately 10000 watts in lounge seating area. This includes labor and materials. This includes estimated electrical. Final to be based on electrician's actual bill. 

Engineering and permitting  estimated $500.00 + $200.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

*Total job $41,927.60+ actual engineering and permitting cost. This includes labor and materials. 

We requre 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion.
