Top extension  square foot deck extension: 

$1250.00 includes, removal of outer ledger, install cantilever approximately 2' out from existing edge,  installation of redwood 2 x 6 stained on 5 sides, sanded and acid washed, translucent staining in your choice of tint or to match existing. This includes labor and materials. 

Lower extension  

$3700.00 includes, removal of outer ledger, framing install 8' out from existing edge, 2 new posts and piers, installation of redwood 2 x 6 stained on 5 sides, sanded and acid washed, translucent staining in your choice of tint or to match existing. This includes labor and materials. 

New powder coated steel railing 48 feet click here to view railing color options 

$85.00 per foot = $4600.00 includes installation of 6 x 6 hand hewn or rough sawn posts, powder coated metal railing with stainless fasteners. Add $220.00 for 8 x 8. Add $265.00 for wood rail cap. 

Roof supports replacement 

$1400.00 includes removal and disposal of existing log posts supporting eve, installation of 10 x 10 rough sawn or hand hewn timbers. This includes materials and labor. 

Existing deck restoration 

190 square feet @ $3.75 per square foot = $693.50 includes sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, pressure wash, acid wash, board tightening, stain in translucent stain brushed on. this includes materials and labor. 

Stairs 

$1350.00 includes glue lam staircase and treads with galvanized stair brackets. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job: $12993.50 This includes labor and material. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin permitting process.
