78.5 linear feet @ approx $85.00 per linear foot = $6672.50 . This includes removal and disposal of existing railing, installation of 6 x 6 rail posts, installation of railing with alternating panels of solid siding to match house and wood pickets with top cap.  This includes materials and labor.
