$373.55 includes scraping and painting beams and posts on deck.

Interior railing

$1,435.53 includes removal of existing railing, drywall repair, installation of cable railing using same construction as exterior.  This includes materials and labor.

For Hardwood railing:  $2,240.64

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.

High end: Trex Transcend

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
