Restoration 

$1,570.33 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking. This includes materials and labor. 

Railing

$6,347.20 includes removal and disposal of existing railing (leaving existing railing posts), installation of new railing with rough sawn timber frame and galvanized wire mesh using existing columns, replacing 2 railing posts

Skirting

$2,167.50 includes installation of horizontal lattice wood on outer deck edge. This includes materials and labor pending final design.

Total job $10,085.03 This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
