Composite decking 367 square feet including extension

$4771.00 includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new trex enhance decking with hidden fasteners in your choice of color.

Railing

Straight 58.75 linear feet

$3231.25 includes removal, staining, and relocation of rail and posts, installation of new posts as needed, installation of fortress powder coated railing in black between existing posts.

Raked 20 linear feet

$1700.00 includes installation of new posts on stairs, installation of raked fortress powder coated railing in black between existing posts.

Pergola

$3201.00 includes installation and painting of pergola in same design as lower deck, over entire upper deck and extension.

Front deck

$4500.00 includes removal and disposal of existing front stairs and landing, installation of new stringers off of existing concrete, installation of Trex Enhance decking in your choice of color, 6x 6 rail posts and powder coated steel black Fortress rail panels. This includes basic pergola to match existing on back deck painted as well.
