Decking using trex transcend tropical with hidden fasteners. This includes materials and labor.

New Decking

$5,330.36 New decking on existing deck includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new Trex transcend tropical decking in your choice of color using hidden fasteners. This includes materials and labor.

Extension 18 feet x 13 feet off of existing deck

$10,133.20 Includes construction of larger (18 X 13) deck extension including new vertical support columns (square timber) using 2 new piers (subject to engineering), ledger on house. Decking using trex transcend tropical with hidden fasteners. This includes materials and labor. 

Basic powder coated steel railing with 6 x 6 post top and bottom

$4,994.36 New railing this includes installation of new railing with powder coated steel railing, 6 x 6 rough sawn posts, wood cap stained. This includes materials and labor.

Stairs: 

$5,596.40 New stairs this includes installation of staircase from new extension to grade using GLB stringers and treads, railing same as quote (steel with wood cap), slab on grade to support stair case. This includes grab rail. This includes labor and materials.

Engineering estimated $500.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

Total job $30,997.72 + actual engineering and permitting cost. This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
