New decking on existing: 

$2,152.20 This includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new redwood decking stained on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking using decking screws countersunk, buffed and stained on top surface in translucent deck stain of your choice. This includes materials and labor. 

Basic powder coated steel railing with existing posts

$2,269.40 includes stainless cable railing with 6 x 6 wood posts and wood cap (horizontal rail). This includes materials and labor. 

Total job $4,421.60 + actual engineering and permitting cost. This is subject to final design. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
