Deck modifications (stair removal) 

$1,615.00 Removal and disposal of stairs. installation of railing in area left without stairs. 

New decking on existing decks and stairs and landings:

$17,698.20 Includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new composite decking using hiden fasteners. This does not include structural repair or joist replacement. This includes Trex Select or similar. (High end composite add $4000.00).

Total job $19,313.20 This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
