$14.00 per foot = $15848.00 includes installation of composite decking, minor substructural work, hidden fasteners. This includes labor and materials.

Deck facing 

$1200.00 includes installation of composite or cedar facing on outer deck skirt.  This includes materials and labor. 

Total job = $19312.00  This includes all materials and labor. 

We require 50% deposit for materials prior to starting. 

Estimated permit fee $100.00 + 1.5% of cost 

We require full materials payment to schedule work or within 2 weeks of starting job.  We also require 50% of labor when starting job.
