New Railing
$10,000.00 includes removal and disposal of existing horizontal log railings on back deck. Installation of cable railing with powder coated steel posts and hardwood cap, stained. This includes materials and labor.
Deck refinishing
$1,000.00 includes acid wash and staining of back deck. This includes materials and labor.
Staining vertical columns
$500.00 includes match in semitransparent stain and staining/filling vertical columns to blend areas where existing horizontal rail is tied in. This includes materials and labor.
Post caps
$1,105.00 includes fabrication and installation of 16" round powder coated steel post caps This includes materials and labor.
Replace broken log in front
$1500.00 includes removal an disposal of broken log, installation and staining of new log, repair rock work. This includes materials and labor.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.
Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price.
