Restoration (back deck)

$1,999.48 includes mechanical sanding of 560 square feet of existing deck to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking. This includes materials and labor. (Additional $425.00 restoration front deck also). 

Bench Sanding

$595.00  includes mechanical sanding of existing bench to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood on bench surface an back, light sanding on posts and underside, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match deck on bench top and back, solid stain to match house on vertical facing and bench posts. This includes materials and labor.  ($225.00 to scrape and paint entire bench in solid color stain). 

Front deck extension, replacement 

$10,518.40 includes removal and disposal of existing deck, installation of larger redwood deck 266 square feet based on concept discussed at quote. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job $13,112.88 This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may also ask for 25% after framing before decking. 

Deck maintenance after 12 then every 18-24 months at $960.93 includes pressure wash to clean, acid wash, stain and wipe with same stain. We send out yearly maintenance reminders to all of our clients.
