Privacy structure 

$600.00 Light sanding, re-staining in solid stain to match existing tint or darker brown sprayed on. Tbis includes labor and materials. 

Total job: $3100.00 includes labor and materials. 

We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin drafting process. 

Maintenance $1.25 per square foot is $858.75 after 12 months and then every 24 months.
