New deck on membrane:

$8,998.10  this includes removal of tile, installation of new roofing membrane over existing membrane, installation of sloped joists for level decking and also drainage, installation of high end composite decking such as Trex Transcend tropical or similar. This includes materials and labor. This includes masonry repair also.

Total job $8,998.10. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
