16 stairs $720.00 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above, tightening loose boards, mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain in your tint of choice, brushed on.  

Replace the 2 rotten posts $900. Includes labor and material.

Underside of deck spray $1,088.50 includes pressure washing of underside of deck and joists, solid stain in your choice of color. This includes labor and materials. 

Total job: $6,234.40
