Restoring of Existing Deck

$3,753.67 This includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new redwood decking stained on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of 120 square feet decking using decking screws countersunk, buffed and stained on top surface in translucent deck stain of your choice. This includes materials and labor.

Addition of Existing Deck

$7,047.60 includes a 220 square foot extension for installation of new redwood decking as well as installation of new concrete footings, house ledger, joists and GLB beam. This price includes installation of 2 x 10 pressure treated joists spaced 16" on center with galvanized hangers and 10 concrete footings, and new redwood. This includes materials and labor. (Pending Design)

(Engineering site visit - to determine necessity of this $350.00).

*Engineering and permitting estimated $500.00 + $200.00 based on actual engineering cost.

$10,801.27 + actual engineering and permitting cost. This includes labor and materials.

We require 50% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.

*Unless previously specified, our scope of work ends with what is on our bid, and any issues we run into under the ground line, is unknown, such as sprinkler systems, plumbing and electrical. Therefore, we cannot assume a dollar value, and anything we run into will not be apart of the bid and you will be invoiced.
