Addition of Existing Deck

 $11088.00 includes 220 square foot deck installation of new redwood decking with step down around perimeter (based on photo) as well as installation of 3 new concrete footings, house ledger, joists and GLB beam. This price includes installation of 2 x 10 pressure treated joists spaced 16" on center with galvanized hangers and engineered concrete footings with rebar and new redwood stained on all 5 sides then buffed, acid washed and stained on top after installation.  Add $880.00-$1540.00 for composite. 

Total job: $11,088.00  This includes labor and materials. 

Maintenance on deck $325.00 after 12 then every 24 months. 

We require 50% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed. 

*Unless previously specified, our scope of work ends with what is on our bid, and any issues we run into under the ground line, is unknown, such as sprinkler systems, plumbing and electrical. Therefore, we cannot assume a dollar value, and anything we run into will not be apart of the bid. We can provide quotes for electrical, sprinkler work, etc. if desired.
