 31 linear feet at $100 per linear foot = $3,100.00, based on photo provided by client. This includes labor and materials. 

New Lower Deck Railing

 17 linear feet at $100 per linear foot = $1700.00, based on photo provided by client. This includes labor and materials. 

Restore upper and lower decks is $850 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above, tightening loose boards, mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain in your tint of choice, brushed on. 

Total job: $5650.00

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin permitting process.
