$13,842.56 includes new decking includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new decking using composite decking with hidden fasteners and square edge in contrasting color using composite lumber at desired brand and style. This includes materials and labor. This does not include structural work such as joist replacement.

Installation process:

Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.

Railing (upper and lower railing)

$4,412.10 scrape existing railing to remove peeling paint. Prime bare metal, paint with sprayer using metal paint in black. Semi solid stain in your choice of tint on logs and deck facing. This includes materials and labor.

Repair

$2,483.27 includes removal and disposal of existing post that is rotting, repair of substructure, replacement of log post, jacking deck to level. This includes materials and labor. This includes only minor reconstruction of structure. We will notify of any deeper issues if the arise after tear out and before any additional work.

Total job: $20,737.93

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
