Trim painting

$4,500.00 includes scraping, preparation and priming of all trim, windows and doors on house, application of paint color of owner's choice in highest quality sherwin williams exterior paint.

Maintenance on Deck

$819.00 includes pressure wash to clean, furniture moving one way, acid wash, staining and wiping. This includes labor and materials. Recommended after 12, then every 18-36 months depending on deck's exposure.This is an optional service not included in the original contract.

Deck Underspray

$1,775.00 includes scraping peeling paint, pressure wash, staining in solid stain to match or other color. This includes materials and labor.

Total job: $$7,094.00

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral
