$3.45 per square foot = $2180.40. This includes countersinking trim screws, tightening loose boards, mechanical sanding to remove all of existing top coat and oxidization, oxalic acid wash and using a translucent stain in your choice of tint.

Underside of decks

$1575.00 includes scraping peeling paint, pressure wash, staining in solid stain to match or other color. This includes materials and labor. 

Fireplace

$8500.00 includes square fireplace with circular opening and top ledge with stainless burner, beads or rock, reclaimed barn wood square box, gas line under deck, metal brackets. This includes materials and labor. 

Engineering based on actual $300-$500. 

Permit and drawing fee $500.00 waived on final  completion of project. 

Beam replacement 

4 2 x 12 extensive dry rot upper and lower decks. This was discovered during scraping preparation of underside of deck painting. 

$2568.00  each = $5136.00 includes removal of existing beam, decking fix related to beam, installation of new beam. 

Total job: $TBD  This includes labor and material. 

Maintenance on deck $728.75 includes pressure wash, re-stain and wipe after 12 months and then again every 24 months to  preserve your deck. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
