Restoration

Approximately 320 square feet at $3.85 per square foot = $1232.00. This includes countersinking or replacing existing screws below deck surface, mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating and weathered wood on top surface of each deck board, buff sand, acid wash, pressure wash, translucent stain in your choice of tint brushed on. This includes labor and materials.

Repair

Install new post on main deck railing near house and door as pointed out by client. $225.00 includes installation and painting of new post on deck railing. 

17.5 feet railing back deck (optional)

$1925.00 includes removal and disposal of existing railing, installation of new railing with 2 x 2 balusters and redwood 2 x 6 top cap and posts stained or painted to match existing.

Maintenance on deck $1.25 per square foot = $400.00 after 12, then every 18-24 months. 

We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
