$26.50 per square foot= $10,812.00 includes pressure treated 2 x 10 outer face, 2 x 8 pressure treated joists spaced 16" galvanized hardware and other materials needed for structure of deck, installation of composite material using hidden fasteners, top fastened on outer edge using trim head composite deck screws in matching color. This includes labor and materials for trex enhance or similar mid grade composite.

96 feet @ $90.00 per foot = $8100.00 includes stainless steel cable railing mounted on metal frame, 4 x 4 with turnbuckles with hardwood top cap.  This includes materials and labor.

Shade sail posts

$550.00 includes 2, 6 x 6 x 10' rough sawn  posts  mounted in concrete for attachment of shade sail.
