Cable railing

$12,829.02 includes removal and disposal of existing railing and 8 x 8 posts. Plugging bolt holes on 12 x 12 posts and touch up to match existing color. Installation of new timbertech decking as needed to cover over void from post removal. Design, fabrication and powder coat of cable railing using all steel frame with Feeney components (see concept photo) . This is pending final design. This includes materials and labor.

$680.00 includes 4 of 14" square post caps includes fabrication and installation of powder coated steel post caps. This includes materials and labor.

Total job:  $13,509.00 this price includes actual  permit cost which we are happy to cover. 

We require 25% deposit to start design, permitting and 25% to start fabrication.  Balance due on completion. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
