$44.00 per square foot =  $4730.00  includes tear out, installation of new ledger, deck frame, decking, railing, mid grade composite decking in your choice of color using hidden fasteners and square edged border piece. 

Total job: $9150.00 This includes labor and material. 

We require 50% deposit to schedule work.  

We offer a 10% discount off maintenance for each referral
