$3.25 per square foot = $1495.00 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above, tightening loose boards, mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, and oxalic acid brighten. Stain in your tint of choice, brushed on. This includes
all materials and labor.

Total job $1495.00 (guidelines we use in determining this cost).

Maintenance = $575.00 after 12, then every 24-36 months. 

We require 20% deposit within 2 weeks of starting to order materials.
