$320.00 @ $65.00 per tread includes sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, pressure wash, acid wash, board tightening, stain in translucent stain brushed on. this includes materials and labor. 

Log post replacement 

$1200.00 includes removal and disposal of existing rotted post, installation of new post, This includes materials and labor. 

Total job: $3665.00 This includes labor and material. 

Maintenance on deck @$0.85 per square foot = $561.00 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin permitting process.
