Restoration of Total Decking

$3,716.69 includes mechanical sanding of 956 square feet of existing deck to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in your choice of translucent stain.  This includes materials and labor.

$3,716.69 for total job. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 50% deposit to schedule 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 20% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed. 

10% off maintenance for each referral.

Your maintenance price for next year will be: $811.17. Recommended re staining after 12, then every 18-24 months.

Season 1: Initial Installation or restoration 

Season 2: Maintenance 

Season 3 and/or 4: Maintenance 

Season 6: Maintenance or full sanding 

Season 8: Maintenance or full sanding
