Hot tub deck

$3,085.60 includes installation of lower deck with 2 new footings approximately 10 x 10 to support hot tub below main deck.

Wood post cable railing

$4,728.92 includes 4 x 4 redwood or 6 x 6 timber posts, redwood cap, stainless steel cable railing with turnbuckle tensioners, hardwood 1 x 6 top cap. This includes materials and labor.

Stairs with landing and cable railing

$8,988.94 includes installation vertical support post, intallation of 42" wide stairs and landing, GBL stringers and 2 x 12 redwood or 3" x 12" treads. Includes railing (same as top rail) in landing and stairs. Includes grip rail and gate at top of landing. This includes materials and labor.

Deck restoration

$1,372.43 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, countersinking screws, tightening boards, acid wash, pressure wash, stain with translucent in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor. Redwood board replacement additional $8.00 per linear foot (not included).

Total job  $18,175.88 actual engineering and permitting cost if applicable. This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
