276 square feet @ $3.25 per square foot = $897.00 includes sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, pressure wash, acid wash, board tightening, stain in translucent stain brushed on. this includes materials and labor.
Railing extension
56' new railing @ $85.00 per foot = $4760.00 includes installation of 2 x 4/2 x 6 redwood railing with powder coated black iron balusters to match existing construction.
Bench
12 feet bench @ $120.00 per foot = $1440.00 this include construction of bench with back with redwood in corner of 12 x 16 extension. Staining included. This includes labor and materials.
Enclosure
46 feet fencing and gate $65.00 per foot = $2990.00 includes installation of random width cedar horizontal slats stained to enclose lower area with gate access by driveway. This includes hinged gate with clasp. This includes labor and materials.
