Restoration

$4,852.50 includes all deck surfaces except 4 x 10 landing: mechanical sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, countersinking screws, tightening boards, acid wash, pressure wash, stain with translucent in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor. Redwood board replacement additional $8.00 per linear foot (not included).

Decking replacement

$760.00 includes removal and disposal of existing deck boards on 4 x 10 landing, installation and staining of new decking. This includes materials and labor.

Replace decking with composite

$24,586.00 includes removal and disposal of existing redwood decking, installation of composite decking. This includes materials and labor. This does not include structural work such as joist replacement.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
