This includes countersinking trim screws, tightening loose boards, buff sanding to remove flaking stain or paint and buff weathered wood (not total removal), oxalic acid wash and using a semi-transparent or semi-solid stain to match existing color or in your choice of tint.

Rail staining 

87' railing structure @ $23.00 per foot = $2,001.00 includes pressure wash, staining to match including facing beam, timber posts and timber railing. This includes materials and labor. 

Underside of decks

$1575.00 includes scraping peeling paint, pressure wash, staining in solid stain to match or other color. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job: $5820.55 This includes labor and material. 

Maintenance on deck $728.75 includes pressure wash, re-stain and wipe after 12 months and then again every 24 months to  preserve your deck. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
